Powered by advanced n-type Bycium+ 16BB half-cut bifacial cell technology, the JAM60D41-500/LB model delivers 500 Wp output power with 22.6% module efficiency.
Its dual glass construction (2.0 mm front and back heat-strengthened glass) with bifacial cells converts rear-side light into extra energy, withstanding mechanical loads up to 5400 Pa positive and 2400 Pa negative.
The module features an IP68 junction box, 1500 V DC maximum system voltage and a temperature coefficient of Pmax of -0.290%/°C for reliable energy production at higher operating temperatures.
It comes with a 25-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty, with 1% first-year degradation and 0.4% annual degradation over the following years.
